Dakota Place Lodge Rates

Regular Season Rates May 16th – September 15th.
   Upper Unit (w/balcony) per day:
   $269 based on 6 adults, each additional adult is $10 for a max of 10 persons.
   Lower Unit (garden view) per day:
   $219 based on 4 adults, each additional person is $10 for a max of 8 persons.		 Theodore Roosevelt Cabin (Maltase Cross Ranch Cabin)
$189 based on 2 adults, each additional person is $10 for a max of 8 persons per day
   Children 0-17 years old and under are free.
   There is a $50.00 per night discount for the 4th and all continual nights of stay.
   Off Season Rates: September 16th – May 15th. 
   Rates are $50 per night off of the regular season rates.
Reservations
   Deposit of $50 per night per unit (non-refundable). Reservations cannot be guaranteed until deposit is received.
   Balance due (plus 9.5% tax) will be charged to your credit card   14 days before check-in.
   Accepted Method of Payment; Visa, MasterCard, Cash and Travelers Checks.

Cancellations:
   No refunds on cancellations unless unit is re-rented. (No refund on deposits).
   Check-In: 4:00 PM (unless unit is ready earlier).
   Check-Out: 10:00 AM. 
   (All Check-in and Check-out times are on Mountain Time).

POLICIES:

  • With respect to our clients with health issues, our units are Smoke and Pet FREE
  • Payment required at time of reservation / visa and master card accepted
  • Full refund for cancellation 60+ days prior to arrival
  • No refunds for cancellation within 60 days of arrival
  • Check in - 3:00 pm MST & Check out - 10:30 am MST
