Medora is North Dakota's #1 destination for a great summer vacation. This unique historic old-west town is home to only 112 residents but is the destination for many; especially in the summer.

Medora is located in the badlands; these badlands include North Dakota's only national park, Theodore Roosevelt National Park.

 

Medora is known as the gateway to the South Unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park; the entrance and visitor center is located in the heart of Medora. But plan to do more than take adventures in the national park; Medora has a wide variety of things to do for all ages.
