Absolutely no smoking in bur building or closer than 20 feet away from our buildings.

RETURN ITEMS TO THEIR ORIGINAL LOCATION
If you take things out to the backyard or to another suite, you MUST BRING IT BACK.
Items not returned will be assumed missing; penalties will apply for missing items not reported.
BACKYARD USE
If you use the backyard, clean it up!
If you use the grill, clean it up!
Respect other guests.
DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE
INDOORS: Absolutely no moving of furniture
OUTDOORS: If you move it, put it back!
RESPECT OUR PROPERTY,
