GENERAL INFORMATION
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 4:00pm mountain time onward, and check-out is by 11:00am mountain time. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Is self check-in available?
Yes. We offer self check-in using a key-less entry pad. The entry code will be sent to you before your arrival.

Is parking available?
Free parking is available on the premises. The 4-Plex of Dakota Place Lodge has 2 private parking lots. The Cabin has a private driveway.

Is Wi-Fi provided?
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The network name and password will be provided.

What kind of TV is provided?
Samsung Smart TVs are in each of our 4-Plex units. Samsung has free channels. You are able to sign into any of your own streaming apps. *Note: Cabin has Satellite Direct TV. 

BOOKINGS
How do I make my reservation?

Reservations are available via multiple platforms, including Airbnb and Booking.com. However, all reservation and payment transactions are managed exclusively by our management company, Evolve. To avoid additional third-party fees, guests are encouraged to make bookings directly through Evolve.com.

HOUSE RULES

​Is smoking allowed?

Smoking/Vaping is not permitted inside the property. However, you may smoke outside in designated areas.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to ensure the comfort of all guests.

​

Are outside guests allowed?

Visitors are welcome, but hosting parties with non-Dakota Place Lodge guests is not permitted.

​HOUSE AMENITIES

​Is there a kitchen, and can I cook?

​Our 4-Plex units offer fully equipped kitchens, including appliances, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, plus salt, pepper, and olive oil.

*Note: The Cabin features a small kitchenette equipped with a stove-top, microwave, and mini-fridge, but there is no oven available.*

Is there a coffee maker?

Certainly! Every kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, and you'll find coffee, filters, and sweeteners readily available.

Are linens and towels provided?

Yes. Fresh bed linens, bath and kitchen towels/linens are provided.

​

Are there laundry facilities?

Yes. Every unit comes equipped with a washer and dryer, and we supply the laundry detergent for your convenience.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES

What outdoor amenities does Dakota Place Lodge have?

The property features a shared backyard with a covered patio and picnic area, including two gas grills, a picnic table, an additional table with chairs, and lounge seating. The adjacent lawn provides an ideal space for recreational activities and group gatherings.

GROCERIES

Are there grocery stores in Medora?

Medora doesn't have a grocery store—just a C-Store. Get groceries before arriving. From the east, shop in Dickinson (35 miles/30 minutes away) or Belfield’s Dollar General (15 minutes away). From the west, Glendive is 60 miles out.
